In partnership with Turn IT On, the trust provides high-quality IT support for both technical needs and curriculum development. Regular visits from expert consultants help schools use technology to improve learning and reduce costs. Support is available from a dedicated IT technician, both in person and remotely.
IT Management Board
The board serves as the central governance body for IT across the trust. It ensures that infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, and digital compliance align with strategic priorities and operational needs. The board coordinates with finance, safeguarding, and school leadership to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
Infrastructure and Services
IT operates on a single tenancy model with managed licences. Services include network safety, Microsoft 365 email, website compliance, disaster recovery, and GDPR-compliant data storage. Schools also benefit from hardware maintenance and SharePoint-based resource sharing.
Operational Integration
The operations team aligns IT priorities with budgets and school needs. This includes MIS implementation, VOIP systems, and platform compatibility reviews. IT is also involved in capital projects and supplier coordination.
