Keystone is a Primary Lead Partner with Lincolnshire ITT (Initial Teacher Training), hosting a primary hub in Bourne, developing the next generation of teachers. This collaboration allows us to offer hands-on, school-based training across our academies, blending practical classroom experience with expert guidance. By working together, we ensure that trainee teachers are well-prepared, confident, and aligned with the values and standards that define our trust. It’s a partnership built on shared commitment—to high-quality education, professional growth, and the future of teaching.

Keystone Academy Trust are Primary Assessment Specialists supporting schools to improve outcomes for young people across Lincolnshire and neighbouring counties. We are committed to helping educators at every level by providing assessment support, training and resources. We are the contracted providers for moderation and monitoring of statutory processes on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council.  Keystone provides a personal, professional and friendly approach to all schools.
