Our Partners

At Keystone Academy Trust, we believe in the power of partnership. We work closely with a wide range of external providers.  These partnerships bring specialist knowledge and capacity that strengthen our expertise, supporting our academies to grow and develop.

Keystone - vision-and-values
Diocese Of Lincoln

Diocese Of Lincoln

We are proud to work in close partnership with the Diocese of Lincoln, sharing a commitment to nurturing the spiritual, moral, and academic development of every child. This relationship supports our church schools in maintaining their Christian distinctiveness while thriving within a collaborative multi-academy trust environment. Together, we ensure that values-led education remains at the heart of our communities, guided by shared principles and a deep sense of purpose.

Lincolnshire Scitt

Lincolnshire SCITT

Keystone is a Primary Lead Partner with Lincolnshire ITT (Initial Teacher Training), hosting a primary hub in Bourne, developing the next generation of teachers. This collaboration allows us to offer hands-on, school-based training across our academies, blending practical classroom experience with expert guidance. By working together, we ensure that trainee teachers are well-prepared, confident, and aligned with the values and standards that define our trust. It’s a partnership built on shared commitment—to high-quality education, professional growth, and the future of teaching.

LEAD Teaching School Hub

L.E.A.D. Teaching School Hub

We work in partnership with L.E.A.D. Teaching School Hub, which serves as the Appropriate Body for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) across Lincolnshire. This collaboration ensures that all ECTs receive a high-quality, compliant induction experience aligned with the Department for Education’s statutory guidance. Through this partnership, our trust supports ECTs with a structured two-year programme delivered by the Education Development Trust (EDT), offering mentoring, training, and personalised support.
