Recruitment and Retention
HR personnel support the schools’ strategic vision through recruitment, retention, and succession planning. The trust oversees recruitment processes across all academies, ensuring compliance and consistency. Staff access a robust CPD offer across all schools.
Staff Welfare
Trust leaders ensure that staff wellbeing is carefully considered, ensuring that all staff flourish. The availability of support and counselling provides a bespoke approach to individuals.
Policy and Compliance
The Operations Team maintain oversight of HR-related policies, contracts, and safeguarding protocols, ensuring alignment with DfE guidance and legal frameworks, including attendance and disciplinary procedures. Manages HR systems integration and compatibility across the trust’s MIS platforms.
